The origin story
It started with one broken promise
In 2019, a customer brought back a “rose quartz” bracelet she'd bought online for her mother. Under the loupe it was dyed glass. She wasn't upset about the ₹400 — she was upset she'd gifted something fake in a moment that mattered.
That stayed with Neeta. Her family had traded real gemstones in Surat for three generations, yet the internet was flooded with imitations sold on faith. So we started Devratna with one rule that has never bent: every stone is natural, lab-certified, and energised before it ships.
The hardest part wasn't sourcing — it was earning trust in a category built on doubt. We answered it with a certificate in every box, WhatsApp support that actually replies, and a no-questions return window. Six years and 40,000 orders later, that promise is still the whole company.
